From brand to consumer without detours
Because of our direct collaboration with renowned brands, we can ship our full range directly to you without detours. This eliminates multiple links and costs in the distribution chain, resulting in competitive prices and lower CO2 emissions per order.
Is it possible to return my order?
- Yes, this is possible within our stated period of 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all correct parts, components and the packaging is undamaged as when received.
2. Normal handling of the product is visible; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We have the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
6. A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please take the following steps to start the return process.
Send an email to: hey@rosamae.com and make sure the email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- First and last name of customer
- Address of the customer
We will then contact you and give you the return address.
Never send returns to the sender; we will send you the correct address when requested. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping costs when returning the product.

No Restocking Fees
We want to make returns as hassle-free as possible. That’s why we don’t charge any restocking fees! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within [number of days] of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience with us, so feel free to shop confidently, knowing that returns are easy and straightforward.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal according to the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly not related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

Right of withdrawal:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party other than your designated carrier received the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Rosa Mae) by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed as soon as we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be extended transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You can, of course, notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To guarantee you the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, except shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract and have received the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will there be a charge for this refund.
