Shipping and delivery
As we have opted for a sustainable solution, we send our parcels directly from our international warehouse. Therefore, our delivery times are currently 7 to 10 working days.
To further improve our service, we offer free shipping within the United States for every order (regardless of order value)!
Most of our parcels are delivered within 7-12 working days, with the exception of up to 15 days.
Has the delivery time elapsed and you still haven't received your parcel? Then send us an email to hey@rosamae.com and we'll find out where your package is right away!
We offer free shipping within the United States for all orders. Your package will be delivered with the appropriate carrier.
We will never charge additional fees afterwards! However, if you are asked to pay extra before you receive your parcel, please contact our customer service team immediately at hey@rosamae.com so that we can sort this out for you straight away!
Your order confirmation e-mail will contain your order number. Enter it on this page together with the e-mail address you used to place your order.
Sometimes the above method does not work as intended. In this case, we recommend that you use the tracking service (this will be sent to you a few days after your order). Once the package has arrived at the airport in the destination country, delivery will take another 4-7 days.

Orders and payments
Rosa Mae accepts payments via Paypal, Credit cards and Amex. If you are not sure whether your payment method is accepted, please follow the steps on the payment page to see all possible options.
All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore in good hands!
Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an e-mail to hey@rosamae.com as soon as possible with your name, the order number you received in the confirmation e-mail (e.g. #0000) and the reason for canceling your order. This can be done within 8 hours of placing your order, after that it is unfortunately no longer possible.
Your order number is a four-digit number with a # in front of it. You will receive it in your confirmation e-mail. If you have not received it, please send an e-mail to hey@rosamae.com.

After the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with your order confirmation, details of your order and a track & trace link with code.
No, normally we only send an order confirmation.
You can forget about that! You can simply place an order without an account.
Please send an email to hey@rosamae.com as soon as possible. Include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email and exactly what went wrong. We will then find a suitable solution for you!
Please send an email to hey@rosamae.com as soon as possible with your name, the order number you received in the confirmation email (e.g. #0000) and what exactly is faulty. Also attach a clear video or photo showing that the item is not working properly. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Returns
A return request can be submitted via hey@rosamae.com. Please include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once this is done, you can send the product back to us with a courier of your choice. Please do not return the product until you have received confirmation from us!
Unfortunately, the return costs to us are at your own expense. The cost will therefore depend on the courier you choose. For more information, we recommend consulting the website of the relevant party for current prices.
Rosa Mae's has a return period of 14 days. The return period begins on the day you receive the item. Please note: Conditions for returns apply.
You can only return the item if:
- The return period has not yet expired.
- The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached.
- The product has not yet been used.

You can expect the refund for your returned order to arrive in your account within a few working days after we have sent an email confirming the return.
You will receive an email from us as soon as we have received the return. The refund will be initiated at this time.
