Honestly, I was pretty disappointed at first. The dress arrived with one of the lacing eyelets completely torn out, which I noticed as soon as I unpacked it. I was really annoyed because I'd ordered it especially for a celebration and time was running out. I sent an email, sounding rather frustrated if I'm honest, and wasn't expecting much. UPDATE: Customer service got back to me the very next day and immediately sent a new dress by express delivery without requiring me to return the old one first. It arrived in time for the celebration and was in perfect condition. I've never experienced such a quick and straightforward solution with any other shop. I'm changing my rating to five stars because, ultimately, what matters to me is how a problem is handled, and they did an excellent job.

Unfortunately, my first order didn't go quite as planned. I'd ordered a size M, but a size S was accidentally sent, which simply didn't work with this cut. I was a little frustrated because I needed the dress for my sister's birthday and time was really running out. I contacted support, explained the mistake, and attached a photo of the label. UPDATE a few days later: They sent the correct size by express delivery on the very same day, completely free of charge. I didn't even have to send the wrong dress back before the replacement arrived. It was there in time for the birthday and fit perfectly. I have to say, I've rarely experienced service like this. These things usually take ages, with emails going back and forth. That's why I'm now giving a definite five stars. The mistake itself was annoying, but the way they resolved it was exemplary.
